The Civilian Operations department is a key feature within our community, we provide good quality and exciting role-play scenarios that enhance and correlate to what you would see in the real world. Our Chain of Command members work incredibly hard to retain this objective and guide the department to success. FAQ

How do I become a Civilian Reserve?

Simply head over to the Application posted in the Documents section within the portal. However, to become a reserve you must hold the rank of either Senior Trooper, Senior Deputy, Firefighter II or Operator II as stated within our S.O.P

How do I make my own Civilian Business / Gang?

It's quite easy!

You must hold the rank of Civilian I. Both Company & Gang requests are done via our discord.

How do I join the Civilian Chain of Command?

Just go to this link here and fill out the application. Once you've completed the application you may wait two calendar days before opening a ticket via the support channel in the Civilian Discord. You are required to be at least Civilian III+ to apply and have no DAs in the past 90 days.

I can't see anything on the roster; is it down?

Due to the severe amount of code needed to make the roster function, it's status may vary from time to time. However, you can see if COC has intentionally put the roster down at the top. If we meant to put it down for maintenance and or promotions it should say "Roster is down for Maintenance", otherwise it will say "Roster is online and working" or rarely "Roster is currently experiencing issues, expect delays". If it states there are issues and or says it's online but you can't see anything at all please make a ticket via the support channel in the Civilian Discord.
